My dad has a Kurzweil Pc2x and he absolutely loves it, he's had it since around 2000. Now I, having basically been the one to take care of it for these years have accidently spilled diet coke over the keys and a few have the keys aren't functioning properly at all (probably like 2 or 3 of them).

Now I was wondering about how much do these repairs cost as the people at the music shops close to me are apparently idiots. And how long it would take, as I would like to do this without my dad noticing. :)

Thanks guys.

coke usually is very acid and might oxidate some contacts really bad ... best thing is to have professional repairs on it, try to look around town for Kurzweil distributors and ask them

Unless your dad would kill you for doing that, just tell him and get help for it, I'm sure he'd be happier if you were honest, but then again, that's not my call.

-Yeah, I've played a Kurzweil at my church, very nice keyboard, find a way to get it fixed if the local shops can't do it.
