New Voice Actor looking for Help.

Just wanted to know what i would need (other then a Mic) to get started as a Voice actor or NG.

WELL, To start you should go to this page and say that you would like to try voice acting or that you are willing to do voices for people. You should make a demo reel (audio file) of the different voices that you can do so you can send it to people who are interested(like me). Also make sure that you have a decent sound recording program and a decent mic. I am making a game and i need some voices. My e-mail adress is [e-mail]
If you want to help me please send me a demo of the different voices you can do. (I am looking for a few adult male and female voices but i don't even know if you are a boy or a girl or how old you are...)

That's pretty much all you need, that and a recording program. My suggestion is Audacity. Then you just gotta look for jobs.

well the demo reel should include all the voices you can do or just on sample of a voice showing how well you voice act. It can include what ever you feel is right to get people to call on you to voice act for them.. Serious voices, silly voices, and the like. Just record it with a Mic and any voice recording program you may or may not have.
