Well gents, I've come up with a brilliant idea for a business.
The idea is that I help bars and restaurants make more money and cut costs through things like sponsorships, up selling, and revamping cocktail lists.
Say for example a restaurant is starting up, they need equipment, the staff need training, and they cater to the elite. Go to a company like Bacardi who make Grey Goose and say that this restaurant will promote Grey Goose in exchange for Gray Goose branded glasses, shakers, or a giant mural of the Grey Goose logo.
Another concept would be a free round of drinks to a party that has spent over X amount of dollars, which would likely result in a bigger tip to the waiter and keep up company moral.
There are tons of tricks and tips I learned from bartending, like asking the customer would like a double (which is also illegal). Another thing I did was take the sampler bottles that are suppose to be giveaways and pour them into a half full bottle.
