Really Annoying Indiana Jones Popup

This is quite possibly the worst pop up ad I have ever seen.
At first, there is no ad. It just playes the Indiana Jones theme all the way through, with there being no add to exit. I.e. Drowning out all music/videos etc. I may be enjoying at the time.
Then, the music starts AGAIN with the ad becoming visible, and it is an ad for the Indiana Jones mobile game.
And it comes from me just generally being on the internet. Be it Newgrounds, Youtube, or even not having my browser open at all, it still pops up.
It happens three or four times a day and I was just wondering, is anyone else getting it?

That sounds like a malware to me. I'd try out a virus scanner or malware scanner. Something like spybot S&D or adaware, both of which you can find if you google.

Yeah, it's annoying with ads that come up when your not using an browser.
I think there's a program that can help you, it's simply called Popup Killer.

It has to be malware. Newgrounds nor Youtube have popup advertisements.

yeah and those are by far the websites I visit the most
I have a popup blocker, but it doenst seem to do anything :(
Virus scans don't pick up on it, but I do have somethign called a Total Media toolbar which I dont remember getting..

you need to do a spyware/malware scan of your system. housecall can do it.
