Fuck yes, third entry!

Came in the mail this morning.

As gay this may sound I'm pretty excited to be a part of this endeavor mainly cause I'm a part of something so far away from me and theres some definitely talent involved here.

Should I add anything close to home? Or can it be anything?

I'm still dabbling with ideas.

Anyway it took about 4-5 days to get here so I better get this organized to make the deadline.

Got 2 entries back today... really awesome stuff coming in this year. If its any sign of things to come, it should totally blow last year out of this cosmos.

I got my paper - thanks Luis! Though I miss the policeman dude from previous years...

Also, my paper was bent, along the edge of the cardboard, but it should be fine if I flatten it for a while.

Not sure what to do. I have a few ideas, but I'll have to sketch them out first...

Got mine today! My mum was all hyped up cause I had gotten a mail from USA, she thought I'd won a prize or something, then I showed her it was just a blank paper. I think she got kind of disappointed haha.

I haven't started yet, too afraid to mess it up. Kind of like when I sketch in my moleskine, it almost always turns out crap cause I know the book is friggin expensive. I can't loosen up. Ah well.

Thats how i felt the first time too. Im still figuring out what to draw without fuckin it up. Check out my news post if you feel like leaving a suggestion for me :)

I was starting to get my hopes up, I dunno, feels like whenever I'm supposed to get something, it kind of takes too long, so I just give up, then it comes.

So it came today, which made me smile, because today just seems like an awesome day. And my mum read the rules that you sent along with it, and she kind of raised her eyebrows at some of the "DO NOTS". :D

i have finished inking mine :D

now i have to figure out what to color it with

i was thinking maybe a very very light wash of watercolors but um
i don't think the paper will hold

maybe i'll just stick to color pencils

almost done with mine, not sure if i should color it... i dont think im even going to ink it.

i think i will though lol, i think it will look a bit plain around all of the colored images.

Ha. i usually take like 2-3 days to do something but im putting heart and soul (and a little semen) into it. Im at a sorta doodler's block now... which fuckin' sucks.

I finally put pencil and pen to the paper, and I'm quite impressed with it. It's quite lovely paper to draw on.

Gotta find a fucking eraser, though. Dunno where to find one. :/

Hmmmmm I'm sad. I downloaded spore creature creator but my crappy graphics card was below minimum specs so IT wouldn't work...... im sad. I need a new computer.

It took two days to get from Washington to Virginia. I can't imagine it would take any longer to get from New York to there.

I mailed mine in a cushioned mailer, 1.09 + the postage for the cushion mailer, came out to 2.49, if you have a regular envelope, just slap a stamp on it :D

I recycled the old envlope and put a stamp on it =)
