It took me a couple weeks to notice this, but... The world is ending.

The world as we know it, anyway. Movies are now almost free of any traces of story, comedy, action, etc., its like I go to the theater to see a bunch of spam. Bands? I think you can agree that the golden age of music is well over. Rap, pop, hip-hop? they should stay in the closet where they belong.
Video games, too! WHY? whats taking so long for another decent commercial game to come out? This Earth is barely what I grew up in. Independent games, movies, and even music are the only good kind now. The only problem with that is that they don't have enough funding to make their products professional. Theres HUGE companies out there who don't deserve the millions of dollars they have. I'll be spending my summer getting at least $1500 (for a new computer) to show 'em how its done.

Which is why I may be the apocalyptic force religion mentions so much. This Earth will bore me, and I will move onto the next planet that mildly interests me.
