Well, we got "eh". However, it is generally meant to be part of a question, as though asking for agreement, such as "right".
"So you're going to China, right?"
"So you're going to China, eh?"
Same thing. Using it in any sentence makes no grammatical sense, it is just for questions. Although all the parodies actually use "eh" more than I do...
Besides that, the terminology is rather the same, considering American and Canadian culture is more or less the same thing, with just a few minor differences.
