Their is a possiblety of it coming out on pc somewhere in November or October this year. But your pc has to have the recommended specs to play at least crysis without frame rate drops.

I'm pretty sure that GTA4 will eventually be released for PC.

All previous titles in the series were released for the PC, and a DX10 commercial was advertising how DX10 makes Grand Theft Auto 4 look amazing.

Rockstar was focusing on the top priority, which are the console-players. They had to modify each version of GTA4 to the Xbox 360 and the PS3's hardware, which are radically different from each other. So it probably would have taken a lot more work for Rockstar to port the game to the PC. If they did, they probably would have made a low-quality port.
