Oh the stupidity! Why would a girl want to get pregnant at that age? My friend's 18 year old sister is pregnant, but she sure as hell didn't sign a pact to become pregnant. Here is how we fix this:

1. Sex Education without limits. Teach both Contraception, AND abstinence in school, and don't skip any of the details. Show the disgusting pictures of STD's and MAKE the kids work at least a little bit with kids.

2. Provide Condoms, if after that the kids are still too stupid to NOT have sex then at least provide a way for them to have safe sex.

3. GET THE PARENTS INVOLVED!!! Its not the SCHOOLS job to raise the KIDS its the PARENTS job. If the parents are able to show there kids that there are more things to do together than HAVE SEX, and they actually set limits and RAISE there kids then this shit would be happening less.

The only problem is that its not just celebs and media, its the schools, they tell you to use a condom and you will be 99% safe, you know why they say 99%? its because if they say 100% they wont get sue'd
