Im wondering if the only video submissions that can be made are ones that have been made by flash. Or can i use another animation program to make a video and submit it?

Yes you can use other animation programs. But the file you have to submit here must be a .swf file.

Does any1 know of any programs that can save animation files as .swf. The only thing i can find are .gif. The flash trials are not available and flash is hella expensive

I tried Anime Studio but it was so much harder than flash, I have used flash once. Anime Studio was very complicated

Well, flash isn't something you can just pick up out of the blue and start making masterpieces with either. You have to learn to use it.

I hear people use something called liveswif, and I think it's free, but you'd have to google it.
