im completely aware, but by watching NBC makes revenue, as does China... evedryone know that China supports Iran & N.Korea, they are the #1 Spy on the USA... so why would i support them?

I've never watched the olympics, nor do I ever plan on wasting my time watching them.
Unless there is weed and beer involved.

That's exactly what I say. Boycotts are a waste of time.

And so is the Tibet freedom movement. The Dalai Lama was worse than the Chinese when he was in power. It was a theocracy with such a wide rich-poor divide that it could fill the Atlantic Ocean. Serfdom was prominent, executions were common, etc.

Basically, boycotting the Olympics will make you miss out on this special occasion, and for those people who do it for "Tibet" (even though the OP probably isn't one of these people), then they are morons.
