I've never had any serious injuries. But my body's had a few Rallies.
I was once doing a little parkour. Went to do a speed vault over a solid brick wall. Knee hit the wall, I do a barrel roll over it and crash onto the ground. Just cuts and bruises on the knees and elbos though, I managed to stop the injury from getting any worse.
Also I've experienced many different ways off falling down and onto stairs.
I was once climbing a tree, small branch I was standing on snapped and immediately my arms wrapped around the tree and griped it tight, whilst the rest of my body pulled on the ligaments. Still, better than actually falling right?
You know, I may not take many risks but I think I'm pretty good at stopping before an accident and acting fast when accidents occur.
