"A Los Angeles woman is suing lingerie-maker Victoria's Secret, claiming she was injured by one of the company's defective thongs. Macrida Patterson, 52, says she was attempting to try on the thong when a decorative metallic piece flew off the garment and struck her in the eye."

Ah shit, what is the world coming to? The lady doesn't even look injured in the least. Not that getting hit in the eye is a reason to sue anyway. The news lady even brings up the fact that people are probably rolling their eyes and thinking that this is ridiculous. I sure was.

On Watch Dog they made an investigation into these companies that do sueing the lawyers actually got the spying person who was uninjured to say they could get them money and that they could sue even though he sait it was completely his fault and no one did anything, they dont care even if there was nothing that happend, the smallest thing can be sued if you have effective shits on your side.

We did have one guy try to sue a water company for a dead fly found in his water, but he got torn apart by the supreme court.
