DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and Bully are both pretty easy games so I don't know what you're whining about.

The hardest game I ever beat has got to be Stuntman: Ignition.

Yea on Dark legacy 1 in the Umbrella Chronicles with the two super zombie things going after you is almost impossible. I say almost because i beat it on EASY after about 2 hours of trying to do it.
