Yea, yea, you've seen this all before...
but I'm truly willing to go the distance (in reason) to help you out... so far, I've helped over 20 flash artists, my style isn't exactly realism, or anime... but its close to anime... but i do like realism art too... here's a pic below of a simple drawing...

Your job would be, a flash maker for my website. Don't worry, you would not be the only one making flash, I make it, and another guy that I hired. Heres the website we will be working on, but in a couple of weeks we are turning it into a flash website. Instead of HTML base, so you want the job?

by no means is it offensive, he's meant to look that way...
more of a 'young' 'starved' child. In my story line, he is 'ensurer of the balance', this means he's in charge that good/evil, etc are in balance, and will correct it if nessesary...

my problem is no matter how hard i try i just can't draw people! comes out horrible, eer... any tips? ps........ cant draw sonic or ne of his friends either *cries* i can neva copy characters very well :P

Aaaaaaahhhh yes, the wonders of ripping sprites :P just go find a sprite site. Easiest way I can think of. I can draw them good though, but I don't have a scanner >.<

well, teal jaw, thats a good use of a 'shine' technique, but ti's out o proportion... body, and part of head. the comet,
1) uh... not talkin about slimfast
2)Maybe i'll graphisize somethin
3) umm...
and the guy who drw sonic... keep at it... its not bad, but look at the acctual sonic and base it more off that.. he's wayyy out of proportion... split him up into different segments or take it one step at a time... it works ;)
