Thats a stupid idea. You do realize that the banks would charge you a significant portion of that money to get it converted when conversion isn't really necessary as you can make purchases over the internet.

Well I won't be unrealistic here, I would probably do the best thing for me which is stash about half in my room and grab some whenever I feel like clothes or shoes. The rest I would put in the bank to get interest and then I would have a little more money towards a car when I can drive.
