Trouble With Getting Gta 3

I've been having a hard time trying to download GTA3, can somone help me because all i find are mods and not the game.... please POST ONLY IF YOU WILL HELP.

If things like X-Box Live and World of Warcraft are any indication, the money game producers make from the initial sale of games will one day pale in comparison to the monthly or yearly or per-game charges they will make from the sheep that are today's and tomorrow's gamers. It saddens me greatly.
