I started this out on the intention of drawing the major focus onto the shirt and the message on it (If you're wearing it and you look down it reads 'Chin up, kid'.) but then it just became some cacophony of colours and shapes to form a girls room littered clothes and reminders that she has friends.

She also has cans on her table for some reason.

In all its "simple"ness it conveys way more emotion, plus it is aesthetically pleasing to look at.
I think if you went into this style a bit more, youd get some really cool results.
