RLBL3 ended quite a while ago, I just don't like to update this thread with single minded, pointless posts.
Just a reminder, more wip's can be found on kuoke.tumblr.
I started a new story-esque series called Black Bob the Black Bear on my personal archive site: here [which was redesigned to version 7]. I'll upload it in bundles of 6 onto Newground's art portal because I feel like individual pages without context would be spamming.
Really like the rendering on that mechsuit. Very precise. Though I think you've reached the level where you should start experimenting with more dynamic lighting setups and compositions. Though you have had characters who are drawn against backgrounds, they often feel very separate from them because you are shading entirely with ambient light (or just shading in contours). I think maybe a little more interaction with the atmosphere (for example, a soldier near an explosion) and more directional light can be used to enhance your pieces.

I used to do this and I should. I have no excuse/response.
Forgot to add Charr Engineer to the below image.

I drew this in class. When I started, people were like "Hey, that's just scribble."
This reminds me of a video i watched in elementary school where the professional artist begins drawing an ice cream cone stuck inside a wooden plank. He draws very fast and litterally just scribbles the forms changing tones and such. Eventually he maid a life-life realistic drawing out of it.
I developed my art and style around the principle i saw.
Also bonus scrap.
Alternative link: cringemore.com/comics/the worldbreakers I'll upload the separate images without text later.
The version with text can be found here: http://www.newgrounds.com /art/view/kuoke/the-world -breakers cringemore.com/comics/...
Additionally, a new comic is starting; I believe my sig is a link through to the site. I am uncertain as to whether I will again edit three or so into a single image to upload to the art portal.
Still working on Electro Flapjacks over at cringemore.
