It happened yesterday around 3:00pm. My brother was driving me to the McDonalds and I was in the passanger seat in the front.
My brother played some crappy music really loud, it was some loud drum banging, guitar flaring song I've never heard before. He put it
on the maximum volume. I was really annoyed at the music so I plugged my ears with my earlobes and told him to turn it off which he didn't.
After about a minute I realized he was going really fast, about 60 in a neighborhood street. I told him to slow down or we'll crash, and again
he didn't listen. I told him about twice to slow down and 10 times to turn down the music through the whole ride.
My brother was going around 50-60mph in a neighborhood street when we suddenly had to turn. My brother who DIDN'T STOP took a sharp
left turn, that caused the car to sway uncontrollably. My brother said something like "Oh shit." and hit the brake pedal which burned tire
rubber and smelled like crap, burning. Suddenly the car swayed deep to the right into the direction of a semi truck (parked). I could feel
the car pulling me around like a doll when I suddenly realized we were going to crash. I quickly put both of my arms up criss crossed and infront
of my face. Suddenly I heard a large BOOM like a bunch of metal getting crushed. The airbags quickly turned on, smacked my arms, and smelled like shit, i'm serious. Air bags
are one of the worst smells ever.
My brother was like "Ohhhhhh crappppp" and I was like "Ohhhhh shittttt". I then immediately felt a huge burning sensation on my lip and nose, it felt like
flesh had been ripped from my lip and my nose was on fire. When I realized we actually crashed into something I yelled "Get out of the car!". My first thought that
the car would then explode and I didn't want to be in the explosion. Although we did both get out of the car alive, we realized after a few moments that the car was totaled.
The small saturn vehicle (dunno what it's called I sorta zoned out) had crashed into the tire of a semi truck, INCHES AWAY FROM IT'S GAS TANK(that wouldn't have ended well). The whole front
right of the car was totaled, smashed, destroyed, whatever. 2/3 of the airbags in the car went off. The trucker in the semi truck was like "WTF???!" because he was SLEEPING in the semi truck
when he suddenly heard a loud crash and saw a car totaled next to his broken tire. All I remember was thinking mom would be sooooo pissed. Soon the cops came and inspected the damage, my mom came and WALKED ALL
THE WAY FROM A HOSPITAL TO SEE US. Instead of being pissed she looked quite alright and was elated that we were fine. She thought it was a head on collision between two cars.
TL;DR
My brother crashed a car with me in the passanger seat into a semi truck, the whole front right of the car is totaled. My mom is not pissed (YAY :D)
I suffered minor injuries (burns and cuts on my nose, small burns on my lips, a cut on the front of my left arm)
To be honest I thought that was a little fun. A nice little experience for me, but still don't let this motivate you to get into your parent's car
and get in a head on collision with a semi-truck at 90mph, you might have a few missing limbs. MMMmmk?!
