Hi! I made a cadence for my high school's drumline. It's on paper. It's really messy.

Is there free software that I can use that will help me with percussion/drumline notation?

Not really. There's a program called Finale Notepad that you can download for free, but it don't include marching percussion. I would suggest buying Finale it a version w/ marching percussion if you really want to get into that. Um...but yeah. I do have that software, it's good stuff :)

Okay, thanks. I already had Finale Notepad, so I just got a demo of Allegro for my purposes. (It sounds awesome!) The only complaint I have is that I can't change the percussion map, and the cymbals don't sound the way I want them to!!! : (

There's Finale for you ;)

It's great for writing stuff down though!

If you do get it written on some sort of program, make it an mp3 and submit it. Being a drumliner myself, I'd be curious to hear it

Listen to Tryst.
Now its.... REMASTERED!!

Sure thing! I'm omitting the cymbal part because the percussion mapping isn't in Allegro.
