HOW long has it been since CC was started? How many times has it been "almost done"? How long have we waited for it, only to get completely pissed off every time we see it's not done?

CC has been pretty much the same way. It's been in the works for years now, and it's been a painful experience.
So I ask you, Tom, WHY DO YOU HATE US SO MUCH?
Every update that's not minor or can be done in a few hours is always dragged around until people think it'll never come. Then and only then, will it come out. Why does he do this to us?

game development usually takes anywhere between 2 to 4 years for a game. we announced our game in 2006 at comic-con, and we've announced we are done before 2008's comic-con. that's right on target as development schedules go, and we did it with far less people!
but nobody really knows that, as i wouldn't expect anyone to, so that's why i am saying. :)
i think our biggest mistake is that we didn't tell anyone we had a long way to go when we showed it. it appeared almost done, but it wasn't. in reality it was only 2 months in!
