Also, the final boss fight makes all other boss fights look like a bunch of pansy bitches slapping each other. When they can outdo a 70 year old man and an incredibly ill 42 year old who can pull off that kind of stuff, then other boss fights will be entertaining again.

The last Boss is impossibly hard on the two harder difficulty levels. Im finding it absolutely "solid" on big boss hard!!! Although the rest of the game is a lot easier. At least on hard.

I finished of with only Eagle emblem. Headshots all the way! I going for quite a few on my second playthrough though. A lot of them you can just leave them in a position for ages.

That was really one of them trademark MGS-moments.
Also, the moment when you get to Shadow Moses for real, and the ending song from MGS1 started playing, that moment made my heart skip numerous beats in awe.

When i was fist fighting liquid in the end and the mgs3 themesong went on, i got chills

MGS4 is the best game in existance at this moment in time.

I loved how the fighting styles of "liquid" matched the song and all that stuff. Best boss battle ever. Also one of the hardest.

I seriously cant get passed liquid on big boss hard. Last boss and im stuck. Please post any strategies or anything that can help.

use the dash moves alot... dodge and counter... like hit a direction and press x and snake will jump quicky to that direction. You'll basically run circles around liquid and kick his ass at the same time.

Well, I've only beaten him on Solid Normal, but I did find CQC moves to be very exploitable, you might wanna try it.

its 20 hours not 10.... and sldghammers almost got it... im still around 8 hours.

I was planning on posting a lengthy review of this game, but I will just say this. This is the game that puts the PS3 over the top. It is epic, it is a masterpiece. If you call yourself a gamer, do what you must to get this game.

When Ocelot does his signature pose, press and hold triangle.

Your health restores. It should help you MASSIVELY.

Did you know, when Ocelot gets you in a headlock, if you don't do anything, he kisses you? He goes '... Snaaaake~<3' in his creepy breathy voice.

If you fight the beauties and wait long enough, they go into white world mode and play the anime song on the iPod, they'll dance to it in the first 15 seconds or so. And if you take out the digital camera, they'll do up to 2 sexy poses. Awesome.

If you bump into people on the Mission Briefing as the Mk II/III, you'll get a camouflage of their face. I got one of Otacon, Colonel, and Raiden with his open visor.

Thanks guys. Im gonna do that password thing right now! And i managed to beat ocelot on big boss hard. Im now going for a full playthrough on liquid easy with no alerts or kills. Then all the emblems. Or atleast most of them. You guys should watch this! Awesome video of all the cool guns. Ive also seen a video of the big boss face camo. ITs really cool. It has the same affect as the screaming emotion bullet.

There's two Raiden ones. One from doing it to Sunny, and the other from Naomi.

Completed my ....6th go...I think.

Just got the stealth camo. Almost got a perfect game of no kills/alerts under 5 hours. But I was 20 minutes too late.

Am I the only one who would like a game based on Otacon?

With Otacon, you could do nearly anything. Pilot the last Metal Gear Rex in 2034 in order to save the Earth or some such thing. Even a game that's nothing more than a game that Otacon designed could work.

Not a bad idea actually! Maybe hideo is gonna move onto something more "Zone Of The Enders" style! Kinda like the ultimate Armoured Core but ade by the man himself. I loved that game.

On my third playthrough now. Im going for no alerts or kills on liquid easy. Its surprisingly difficult. Just make save games often enough and it usually works.
