im trying to blur and make a movie clip glow. its a movie clip and the piece of shit still wont let me add filters to it plz tell me how to solve this problem

1) Calm down.
2) Select the MovieClip.
3) Click Insert
4) Click Timeline Effects
5) Click Blur
6) Choose Settings
7) Click ok.

it aint helping its making an animation of it bluring away i just want to make it a little blurry and what about glow

Select the MC
Goto window->Filters
click the + and add the filters u want.

i fixed the problem. but it was wierd. when i changed it to a movie clip it was still counted as a graphic so i put back to graphic then movie clip again and it worked.
