Swf. To Avi.?

Is there anything out there that converts SWFs into AVIs, is a free download, and works on Macs?

It's hard to find things that work on Macs. I looked on Google for like two hours. :P

I had ths same problem so i downloaded the DIVX codec it used that to export my movies and it worked perfectly

couldn't you export it as a .mov (or quicktime movie or whatever) and then convert that to a .avi? Just google ".mov to .avi converter" if you can do that.

Actually, .mov is probably what I meant to write.

WTF? And I put the dots AFTER the swf and avi? :P

My only problem is that if you have animated movieclips or camframes or anything like that, it doesn't show. Only works with swf.

Seriously i had the same problem as u just download the DIVX codec install it then when u go to export your videos as avi set the Height as bout 550 and the with bout 436 and click the drop down for the codeecs and the DIVX one will be there its the best one for clear smooth videos

I'm not sure if either of these methods are free or not.... And Adam actually uses his software program to convert it to .png then places all of them in order in After Effects and then exports it with the sound resynced to great effect (simpler than it sounds) but the program also converts fully to .avi though if I had After Effects I would definitely use that method. But anyway

RRRARAAAAAAAaAARRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!

How come like nothing works on Macs? Is there ANYTHING out there that will do this stuff but for Macs? I suppose I could just not use any camframes or MovieClips with animations in them, but... grr...

If anyone can help me, please do. But I sure can't find anything.
