Well, here is the long story...
One of my friends messaged me on myspace telling me to ask this girl out ( He has been teling me 2 do so for ages now) so i finally did and she said that she likes some1 but if he sez no then she will think about it. So he did say no and she said yes ( but i wasnt allowed to tell). But i have no clue what to do at all :s im stumped! This is the 1st time i have asked so... i have no clue what to do ( and i am 13) so please help me NG!

Also if you don't really want to be with her (you were asked to take her out) then the relationship won't last long. Try to scrounge up a few dollars to take her to a movie, or if ya wanna be fancy, (But I doubt that) a resturaunt, and keep her company and good conversation over some food. Just one thing, dont let it get too quiet. But dont force convo either. It makes the mood rather tense. Also, dont go any place too fancy. A burger joint might seem a little cliche and maybe cheap, but its effective.

Next,save a few extra dollars to buy her some candy, a drink, or somthing of her choice. Either way, it'll show that you care. Nothing too expensive. That would be nice from her point of veiw, but its a strain on your pockets. And money is somthing you might need for another date.

When she gets home, walk her to her door. It shows that you care and from what I can tell, means alot. Give her a hug or somthing, or if she's not that open with you yet, just say "I hope you had fun tonight. Hope we can do it again sometime." and wave as you walk away. Its also good to say that after the hug too.

Be sure to shower and dress cleanly before you leave for your date. You also might want to nring a blotching napkin, because it's summer, and it's pretty warm at night. Brush your hair and everything.

Or, if you really want to make an impression, change the layout altogether. Invite her over and, if you can, cook for her. And if you cant cook, order pizza and get out a few movies to watch. And, I know this is stupid, just a precaution, however...If she falls asleep, dont try anything. She will hate you for it.

(Make sure you clean up first. Girls notice the smallest faults in a man's home, down to she smallest stain or dirty laundry. It also helps if your parents aren't home.)

you are young so my advice is simple: just hang out with her like she is a friend. don't worry about making a date with just you and her and don't worry about romancing her, that will come later. if you don't relax around her, shit will not work out.
