try and turn up the frame rate a little bit it loks like your running it at like 7 fps go for 14 or 16 and see how it looks , just change it to how you like it

You need to make all the body parts move, and ease them all into place. Slightly choppy, watch foot placement, and at the end he kinda just slides back at the end.

I can see you're really improving. But looking at your new base stk anim, and this, it's seems you're slacking off a bit. It would look a bit better if you eased out the parts were he re-appears, IMO.

Work on the trail. Make it so that the trail doesn't look so irregular. Make it look like one piece instead of a bunch of different ones put together. And work on ending, it doesn't bounce correctly.
