I really need to work on my running in pivot, I wanna be a more active pivot animator but Im not to good at making smooth running or walking - or movement in general for that matter.

So.. I made a short animation.
I know its bad, so please dont state that fact. Im looking for constructive critisizm.
Also, when I saved it as a gif, the speed of it got all messed up.. How do I save it properly without that happening? Anyways, ignore the slowness and try to help me out.

This took me about 15 minutes but im not sure if I posted and saved it correctly although the speed or sizing might be wrong.

the head is too upright. Make it lean forward a tiny bit more.

and devorax, make his body lean back a bit. it doesn't look rite with only his arm moving.

the gun looks fugly because I has to reduce the size of it incredibly, its normally full screen.
(on full screen the gun is a silenced pistol, and looks badass) small screen made it looks like a terribly drawn gun, I know.
