one thing i'd change up, the grass.
every blade is part of the same instance of a graphic... yes, it's easy to tell.

maybe make one with less "blades" for the background, and a couple variants in the front?

It's an alright background, but the idea for your movie has been beaten to death.

I wouldnt advise doing any character animation on it, its too zoomed, be nice for a zoom in pan or something though

It makes me feel like I'm playing Paper Mario for some reason.

Yea after looking at it some more its really obvious that i used a copy of the same grass.

It acually is 3 different grass drawings,
ILL do 3-4 more and itll look decent, and when i tint the background more itll be less noticable,

I would change the colors, they are too bright. Try some colors that look more dull or pastel.

the outlines on the grass are distracting. You should take the lines out the bottom at least.

That Rabbit looks like a crappy rip-off of the one that Weebl made :\.

not to mention you're trying to learn how to run before you can even stand...barely even crawl.

I recommend absorbing some knowledge from the point perspective tutorials located here:

http://www.newgrounds.com/collection/fla shtutorials

good luck. and don't forget to add some more originality to your works.

I don't even know who or what weebl did, or made, so i dont know what it looks like at all, last time i checked my rabbit isnt "crappy"...
So how exactly did i rip off a rabbit from something ive never seen,
"add more originality?-I've made all of this out of my head, (with an exeption to the evil tree that was made by a friend....
btw:the rabbits not done, anyways, (stick feet, seem kinda retarded... 0.o lol)

and i already know about the tutorial section i've read basically all of it,
I was trying to follow this one, http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/23 6757 .
I know i havent watched 2-3 of the point perspective tutorials because i've taken an art class on it. I will watch them, thought, guese thats all the good you've told me.
I understand ur trying to help me but out of all that i got "Watch the point perspective tutorials", and "my bunny in unoriginal". -_-'
Can sombody post of picture of the weebl rabbit or a flash with it? so i know how much to change, so i dont get these types of posts in the reviews. with 0/10's for copying.
(i crit u for 9000 with giant wall of text.)

Get that annoying blur out of there -- god!

If you want moonbeams then do them by layering different opacities of solid paint colors... although that might be a bit too advanced for you, so I would find a more "stylistic" way to use them. The opacity layered moon beams would work well either, come to think of it, because it would clash with everything else in terms of style.

Just don't ever use filters, get them out of your head. There are few places in which they can actually be used well and you have to know what you are doing with them, otherwise you will just create some really crappy effects.

Anyway, other than that, your background is pretty trippy -- I like it in that way. Lets call it "stylistic" and say I like it for the most part.

I was only encouraging originality because of the rabbit. That's a link to the flash with it in it.
