that can relax poses of sprites. Because I am running out of ideas to try and find ways to make relax poses. Basically what I am asking is their any techniques or programs you use to make relax poses sprites. By the way I use Street Fighter and Guilty Geat sprites.

No piece of program will draw a sprite out for you based on what another looks like. Learn to sprite, if you want to create custom poses, or find them, or somehow tweak them however you can to make them look as if they were relax poses.

My suggestion is as Rathanos said. If you cannot find the sprite, make your own. It is actually not hard at all.
