What do you think will happen? Will GTA stay top dog or will Saints Row 2 give Rockstar a kick in the pants and prove its better?

as much as saints row2 does seem good due to customization etc, since its being realsed at the same time as the gta dlc i think it wont do as well. it dosnt bother me all that much i'll be getting gears and fable2 not too mention ninja gaiden abd the new civ game.

I bought Saints Row 1 recently and I am fairly confident that Saints Row 2 will have absolutely nothing on GTA 4.

Have you played SR1? The SP is not nearly as deep and the MP is not implemented nearly as well.

GTA IV gets very boring due to lack of activities. At least in SR you have robberies and territory take overs to hold keep your interest. Not to mention customization of the fucking cars.

Saints row 2 doesnt have as big a hype. which means it wont get as good reviews which then leads to lack of massive sales.

Anyway, the hype for GTA IV was unnessecary. The game isn't even that good. Atleast in SR2 you get to choose between a girl and a boy, you get to walk around with "homies" you can customize cars, clothes, and Characters. I'm sick of being a white guy in GTA. Even in San Andreas they added that you could be a black guy, but the graphics were ass.

It's not hard to "find". It's the official new trailer for SR2, AND IT ISN'T BIASED AT ALL.

I refuse to hype Saints Row. That's what made the first one actually enjoyable, I didn't get caught in any hype at all so it was pleasantly surprising to have.

saints row 1 was everything GTA IV should have been.a game where you could walk around shooting people in a purple and gold SUV,the ending is a rip off though.

I'm busy playing the original Saint's Row, and if the sequel is anything like this, it's gonna be close.

Of course I have(Check Gamertag) , All I want in GTA4 was a good damn ending and good MP(Something SR had for a short time)

Now then once I got GTA4 I WENT DIRECTLY TO SP( I always do that).

So after hours of playing missions which were basically the same thing over and over(Drive here , kill that , drive back here or Follow this guy , Stop here , Kill everyone inside , Leave) and also going ape shit on people , But I noticed something that I don't expect on a GTA game which was boredom so I went to MP only to play with "leets" and constantly playing in algonquin and alderney and getting bored once again so I decided to play The Orange Box.

Thats that.

Saints Row was much better than the grand theft auto offering at that time. Mostly because they waited for it to come out and then took all the features and added a few more. If they do the same with saints row 2 is will be quite good!
