Voice Recording Software??

whats the best voice recording software i can find... i need one that makes voices come out perfect like in retarded animal babies... i know how to make movies, heh i made 23 movies! some have voice but not good... i need help with this and i wanted to add voice to my new series called Junior The Monster (which is doing really good and i already released the second short episode) well please reply so i can make more and more movies for your enjoyment cause now im getting really good(highest rating in a movie is 3.60)

Well, first, let me say that it's probably not the program, it's probably the microphone. If you've got a few bucks, go and get yourself a new mic and test it out. Until then, see if this helps any. Hope that helps.
