Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong with this? It's supposed to show a thin red line but instead it shows up black.

movie.lineStyle(1, FF0000, 100)

movie.lineStyle(1, FF0000, 100)

hexadecimal numbers require the prefix of '0x' to denote it as a hexadecimal. As you have it atm, you are assigning the value of the variable FF0000 as the colour, im guessing that variable is not defined, so it will resolve as null, which evaluates as black as this parameter.

lineStyle(1, 0xff0000, 100);

My social worker says im special!

Anyway, colors must have 0x in front of them

0x000000 = black
0xFF0000 = red

that help?
