It's not really about what you eat that matters, because I know a lot of people that probably eats more than you based on your description and are athletically-formed in body like me.

You just have to WORK OUT.

It's as simple as that.

Work hard, get an effective work out plan, and be determined to lose weight.

Join your school's Conditioning Program if your school has one, but don't procrastinate and go: "I swear I'll lose weight by highschool"

Sucks for you for being fat, but it's probably because you don't work out. Or it might be an attribute that you get from your parents.

So work hard, and go to the NG Gym to see what people are doing.

If you have the right genes, sure. But most people don't. People with high or low metabolisms have to follow a healthy diet on a set amount of daily calories to achieve the image they want in the shortest possible time. Eating mcdonalds will not help, at all.
