Yes, that's the same IT, although while searching for this flash I thought that l3urntFaceMan wrote IT because he didn't remember/know what was the other character. Only after reading author's comment I realized that IT is the actual name of the character. :)

Heh. Well, from the way he phrased the sentence, it looked like he was using "It" as a name, not as the pronoun. I figured he would have put "(and someone I don't remember the name of)" or something like that if he was trying to be general.
I like your TF2 sig.
