actually i'd disagree with that statement distance isn't in the mind, it's in reality, it's an actual thing

im sure or is it as perception is in the mind so why isnt distance? why isnt all things?

i guess they are but distance has connotations of something that just about everyone can define many things in the mind are unique to said mind distance, plenty of people would define as being a long way away in which case the distance we speak of is reality not in the mind, but reality and while love may be in the heart, distance isn't just in the mind, it's in reality meaning it will play a part, as it's real whereas things in the mind wouldn't if you didn't let them

distance is covered by perception is it not? and perception varies through culture, why not just in humanity itself?

ah, but most people's perception of distance is the same and in that quote i think distance was used to suggest a place far away, where perhaps even the heart can't reach basically the qoutes saying that if the love is in the heart, distance won't matter it's all in the mind but peoples perception of distance is common, even throughout different cultures meaning that distance will play a part no matter how the heart feels

unfortunatly ur incorrect as all cultures vary in perception

not on a term as common as distance made even moreso by that quote it's obviously suggesting the distance is that of a great one

even so all cultures percieve distance differently damn it

but so differently that the basic idea isn't the same?
