Do you mean Big Boss/Naked Snake because they're the same person, or Big Boss/Solid Snake because they aren't different and/or you couldn't decide?

Technically, they're the same (both have similar voices, mindsets, etc). I put them both there because the intent was to have the player play specifically as "Snake", and not Naked or Snake in MGS3(they only refer to him as "Naked" Snake twice in the entire game).

If it had to be one or the other, then Big Boss.

Have you ever played Overlord? You get to be the badass overlord and reclaim most of your demolished castle, before choosing a mistress and destroying most of the world - the heroes had decimated your place and now you're out for revenge. Revenge is something you'd be the type to enjoy ;)
