Nah, not so much that they're easy targets. Just that they don't belong here. The following is taken directly from the Newgrounds Terms of Use:

So yeah. 12-year-olds don't belong here. Actually now that I think of it, there's not many people here under the age of 16 who aren't total shit (bar an exception here and there), but the NG rules say 13.

thats exactly what i was saying. things i said and liked when i was 12 would not be funny or interesting in the least to me now. everyone (well ALMOST everyone) matures and grows out of that type of thing, but because these kids are only 12, they haven't yet.

I dunno, coming from someone who's still underaged for Newgrounds, they personally do my head in. They misuse smilies, have bad grammar, mispel more than a retarded chimp, ask the most stupid questions and make the most stupid topics. Also sometimes they spam a lot.

I also forgot to add, they lie about their age on their profiles a lot. They put it as something like 25 and then their latest news post happen to be about their latest zombie that they drew in MS Paint.
