I'm assuming you want to put your headphones that have a 1/8'' jack into 1/4'' jack. There are plenty of cheap adapters out there, just head over to Radio Shack or any electronics store (such as Best Buy or Circuit City) and they should have it.
Yup, this is all you have to do. The adapters are super-cheap and you might as well grab a few to use with that card.
Which Audiophile model is it, by curiosity? I recently bought the Audiophile 192. Until I buy my studio monitor speakers, my set up right now is:
Soundcard L and R output "breakout" cables > 1/4" to 1/8" adapters > Splitter (to plug both L and R channels) > Headphones/Speakers.
When recording stuff like microphone and guitar, the non-consumer-style jacks are very useful. I would have liked one microphone jack, but hey, that can be plugged in with an adapter too. Anyway I can't wait to get some proper monitors and plug those babies in. Will probably still need an adapter as the outputs will likely be RCA or XLR, but it will be less convoluted of a setup!
