Lil' Wayne??? He's R&B at best, not a rapper. Also if a rapper is in the top 40 more often than once a year, it is very unlikely he is good, it is likely however that he's some bullshit R&B singer who everyone thinks is a great rap artist, and by everyone I mean 13 year olds.

Best rappers are in the following order:

Gang Star, Eminem, Lupe Fiasco, Roots Manuva, Common.

There is nothing you can name that is more delicious and awesome than Subway.
