you're still a li'l chap, i hope? nah, i'm kidding.
first off... memes and unnecessary exaggerations will get you nowhere.
take an art class from school, if possible... night classes, that sorta thing. especially if you want to... publish, for lack of a better word.
if it's a hobby, mooching off of the intelligence of places like this might help.
man, i gotta take my own advice sometime...

Find out what you want to draw properly, practice drawing it and use references if applicable.
Pretty much how I learnt.
One thing you can try and do is break down what your trying to do into basic shapes and the what not and sketch it out like so. Then go over the sketch.

yes you are right but all the drawings i do are with paint, and they are all very easy to do. for example i made a flash movie(but can't submit it cos it's not the right format) by doing lot's of drawing's on paint then putting the on windos movie maker, and it took me like 30 minutes
I R SO MOAH SPESHUL THAN J00 :3
Practice, be dedicated, have patience and use reference. That's all there is to it really. Nowadays there are so much information on the internet and in books that while formal art training might be great it's no way a necessity to become a good artist.
On the other hand, how would I know? :P

I do that everyday lol...just so I don't fall asleep. Ya'know....keepin' myself occupied.
Ever since I was 12 I really started getting into drawing for the "first time."
But yeah you gotta keep at drawing like crazy and pick up some tips n' stuff from people along the way.
