Personality, but when i meet a girl the first thing i notice is her eyes, eyes are important. I like a nice pair of em :P
But i'd go for Personality over looks, but luckily my GF has both. And Beautiful eyes. :)

I think its a combo of both that is the best. I dont want to talk to a girl and feel like I am having a convo. with a plant but I dont want a girl that looks like rosie o'donald.
