Grand Theft Newgrounds logo

Hey all, I am in a bit of a snag when it is coming to the title art of my flash series, Grand Theft Newgrounds. I need some input and would gladly appreciate the input. I had made two logos and I am mostly leaning towards the first one.

Which in your opinion is better:

GTN logo with Newgrounds Tank

or

GTN logo with Newgrounds Word

and all you've done is pasted the NG tank onto a GTA logo

the links are both the same and you did nothing more than get th GTA font and cut that tank out of the NG logo. You fail read the rules

Plus it's a WIP. I know I am using the Grand Theft part from the logo, but I am going to make changes to it to fit the overall theme of the flash. I apologize for not changing the second choice. I had done so after the first guy complained. Now with two bases to choose from, which one should I mostly work on, one or two?

both of the logos are horrible. and i think the title grand theft newgrounds... is not at all good. i'd hit the storyboards again and come up with a new title for your project.
