The Bat Temple

I was just sitting down on the computer working on a photoshop for a Newgrounds topic until suddenly I got the feeling that something just wasn't right.

Suddenly, I was attacked by a giant bat that showed some hints of royalty! It wanted a fight so I gave it a fight for my very own survival!

I tried to put up the best fight I could against that bat but it overpowered me easily. My only hope was to grab a weapon and stab it with it so that I can escape alive!

[Heinrich]

I managed to stab it but it all turns out that it was the one who ended up escaping. I chased after the bat as it flew inside my house and flew out the patio door. I walked outside and found out something I have not realized since I first moved into my condo with my Mother until now.

There was a Mayan pyramid not too far from my condo!

Armed to the teeth, I then used stealth to climb up into the pyramid where I could get a surprise visit with the king of bats.

Just as I got to the top, my expedition was at a halt by a personal dancer of the King. It challenged to a dance off and if I win, I get right to passage and if I lose, then I have to give up all my fruit to their food supply stockpile.

I had to win, it was either seeing the King for a showdown or failing my mission and having no fruit to survive the next Canadian winter!

After I defeated the dancer with my superior dancing skills, I carried on finding an entrance to the pyramid. During my search, I found a wall painting.

Was this their diabolical God? Did they try to get me in order to sacrifice me to it? I had no time to study it so I moved on.

My target has been preached and with a battle cry I grab a spear and thrust it into the King's liver making a mortal blow, ending his tyranny once and for all!

My victory was short-lived, however, and once word of their King's assassination got out, the alarm went off and so the imperial bat army swarmed all over the pyramid and I was hopelessly outnumbered with little hope of getting out of it alive!

History repeats itself and soon it was Hiroshima all over again.

It was a noble sacrifice indeed to save my town from being under the influence of an emerging empire of evil!

A MIRACLE!!!

I have survived the explosion somehow with injuries that will soon be the thing of the past! I saved my town and I got my revenge so it was a day well spent!

Now I'll take a good long rest after my adventure.
