The Tank Award is really a big thing, and a good idea to have it. Good winners, Waterlollies are a big hit because of the graphics, I can't believe it's made in flash. NG rumble, it's a big hit here on NG, because of one thing, the characters are related to NG!

Only thing bugging me is that the NG Rumble is an inside project which has some of the staff people in it, but it does deserve it though so I don't complain about it.

And waterlollies... Who wouldn't have thought of that? Adam Phillips truly deserves that place.

MatroRage (Did I get that right?), what an awesome musician, I thought the best musician wouldn't get an award though, but oh well, gongratulations to him.

And Luis... He seriously deserves it, what is NG without Luis? Such a bad place I can tell.

OMG! Excuse me for being a little controversial, but how can such a dissapointing flash be voted the very best of 2007?! Surely you guys on the panel must have seen the wow factor of Adam Phillips' earlier works on the Bitey of Brackenwood series. This hasn't delivered anything new or amazing to me, as Bitey was so far ahead of its time, but for me, the time has caught up with this series and we haven't seen anything new, or innovative, when we consider the large amount of time spent between episodes.

As you can probably tell, I wouldn't have ranked this in the top half of the rankings, as my favourite for this award would have been What is Love, Blockhead Ghostmas or Madness Consternation.

Face it Tom, if you re-released Pico, with the same graphics but a new plotline, the only reason it would be voted so high would be because of your name being attached to it. I like Phillips' work, but it seems that there have been some fanboys of his creeping into the judging panel.

Sweet idea, ng tank awards. Did see the winners coming, though. not very suprising waterlollies won.
can't go to the convention ;_;. really wanted these embroided stickers and having a look at ng heroes.

I'm disappointed. For me there where better things then waterlollies. I found it to be quite boring, sure it looked ok but for me it is not all about art work.

There where definitely better games then NG rumble.

What a disappointment... really unfair votes here. A professional animator wins against a bunch of non-professional ones and an inside project wins against some really good games. Just about every other game on the nominations list were way better than NG Rumble, but since it includes NG characters, it gets the most votes. Sonny could've easily beat it out. And there is more to animations than just the art-work, but that argument has already been explained.
