To his credit he's only the third most annoying character in the game. Of course, if I didn't feel so awkward playing through an epic adventure as little prepubescent kids he would would have edged out first place.

Heh, he's a brilliant character. Although, he ran his usefulness sson after disc 2.
My favourite one of his lines is where Mack is being posessed and he says "God, puberty's weird".

Protip: This is where switchiing to Japanese voices comes in handy. Less rape shit... then again, Mack still sucks in the end... atleast Cooke gets a better voice.
But Jansen is probably on eof the best characters I've seen yet.

Dude, if you like J-RPGs, than get it. It is a fantastic piece of work and totally proves many critics wrong...
Then again, I am a Final Fantasy fanboy, and since Lost Odyssey was created by the person who started Final Fantasy, I like it. But yeah, get it.
