I would grab my laptop, go to Newgrounds on wireless internet and ask what to do. This, of course, instead of figuring out where the signal comes from and going over to that place to ask for some gas, but hey, I'm an NG'er for something.

I'd lift my pants leg up to reveal my inner thigh to the oncoming traffic, so the first person passing definately wants to stop. As soon as he/she gets out of the car to help and potentially score, I slice their throat open in a light mist of blood. I would proceed to disembowel them, being sure not to create any lings in the small intestine, as this provides a tube of over 20 feet to use. I drop one end into their gas tank, and begin to siphon through the other. As the gas reaches the end and the vacuum is complete, I just drop it into my tank, and my problem is solved!

Just shove the intestinal tubing back in the gut, and place them back in the car where you found them...

depends how far away iwas from the nearest town
if i was close id walk buy a few gas cans, fill em up with gas, walk back fill up my car then drive to the next town
if i was far away i would hope someone would give me enough gas to get to the next town or let me hitchhike.
