need serious inspiration

i need alot of inspiration can some people tell me what inspired them alot

I was always most inspired by just hanging out with friends. We'd always come up with something hilarious. Also, watching other people's animations is a great way to spark some ideas. You can even try by starting to re-animate something that already exists in your own style (or try to copy their style). This helps you practice your skills and will usually lead to you coming up with a great idea for your own animation.

Not really, but anything from the Brackenwood series should spark your imagination.

I find somtimes that it isn't a matter of coming up with ideas so much as having the motivation to complete them. Maybe you have good ideas, you just can't imagine how they might be animated, or feel like it will be too much of a pain in the ass. I like to watch toons like Tank Men or any of Stamper's stick cartoons to remind me how even the simplest of animation styles can often be some of the best.

just take everyday situations and pump up the extremeness like...

lets say u saw Tom Cruise´s picture or some other guy in a magazine.
you could make a flash about how you met Tom C.
like you saw him eating at a burgershop, u ran up to him but he saw you and started running!
Extreme car chase, explosions and stuff. then he goes into his mansion and you break in, passing the security guards, and dogs and such. MORE EXPLOSIONS. The dog blow up and you´re inside tom´s bedroom, he enters. u say in a super cool badass voice: I have come to claim you autograph
Tom yells: Never!
sword fight, explosions, you kill him, and take a picture of him in a position next to you giving thumbs up and sign it with his hand: luv you... youre best bud, tom

or sum like that
