What the new one?
The WINDOWS RL (NEW)?
?
Yow, you need more practice... The drawings are ok... You're probably drawing with a mouse so bad drawings are understandable. Try looking at the flash tutorial section (the "New to Flash" link in my signature).
Test for echo
Seeing as that was pretty much how I was when I first began, it's not a big deal that its not up to minimum standards, you can't just expect to make a good animation without hours of practice. Animation takes above everything else patience and a willingness to explore the magic that happens in between expression. More simply, what you have there are the main frames, you're trying to convey something in each frame. Better animation means that 95-99% of the frames are dedicated to transitioning to the points you have already put down. Once you get more familiar with that kind of mindset and find that kind of patience, you'll see dramatic improvements.
Its shit
I second that comment.
Its really bad, no offence. It could use so much more and the animations are too choppy. What framerate did you use, 12fps ? If you did, put it to 24 !
