Not cool to vote for yourself anyways. Just unsporting, really; what were you thinking?

Yeah, I got it a few years ago.

They're overpriced if you buy them off the site or just at the store,

Which my parents did because they're dumb shits.

they ARE upgradable,

I think I doubled the memory in the eMac once.

anyway FBIpolux is a conceited egomaniacal piece of shit.

I'm probably not going to win, but it feels good to be nominated nonetheless. And hey, there's always the end of the year and next year.

I don't really think either of the people mentioned were the BBS' best posters... Even if I don't consider myself as the best poster, probably only the best poster in the list only. Anyways, my vote went for Gfox just because he rules, but he's not the BBS' best posters... some of his posts are just weird :P I miss him as a mod though.

"best poster"s should read the thread before posting in it.

However, I could be wrong!

lol at spammers and idiots teaming up to some shitty attempts at flaming me. Like it actually mattered to me. There's a rule about following someone and flaming him or her though... you guys should know this ;)

I find funny how none of the "Worst mods" are actually bad mods. People are just going to vote for gumOnShoe because he's a new mod or Idle because they don't know me when both are really decent mods. Oh well, I voted for Zerok because he was probably the one that really shouldn't belong in that category... and it'd be funny if he won best and worst mod award at the same time :D

I've meant to ask this for awhile, but how long has nearly everyone been against FBIpolux? Last I remember, he was pretty slinky with everyone, then seemingly out of nowhere everyone seems to hate him to no end.

FBI, why do you try so hard to become a mod? It doesn't even sound like it's that much fun anyway.

Also, I love how you're trying to start fights with Muffin. If you knew who he was, you'd shut your trap right about now.

And there's a difference between actively following someone around and seeing countless shitty suckup posts by the same user and responding to them.

I find funny how none of the "Worst mods" are actually bad mods.

Where were you when gumOnShoe handed out pointless bans, locked good threads, pointlessly flamed people in the ban messages, and didn't sign Viewtiful-Chris's pointless 30-day ban?

Minion, Zombie, SMC, and HAYF = History's Lost and Found was a television show from the History Channel first aired in 1999. Each episode is divided into three different segments concerning a different "lost" item or artifact from history. Most of the time, the three segments do not relate. Each segment runs around 7 minutes and in this time we learn the history, of several famous lost artifacts such as the flags from the Battle of Iwo Jima, and other not so famous artifacts like the first TV Dinner tray. Some segments were reused in other episodes. Episodes of the show were released on VHS in 2001 and the first episode has been released on DVD. 2000 was the big year for the series as most of the episodes were created and aired during that year, but a few new episodes aired 4 years later in 2004.

The series is based on the book "Lucy's Bones, Sacred Stones and Einstein's Brain" by Harvey Rachlin

The series was produced by Atlas Media Corporation. Executive Producer: Bruce David Klein

Have to say I agree with Bonus on this one. None of us can truly compete with gfoxcook's sheer awesomeness. All we can do is bathe in the glow of his genius, and hope to one day be half as good as a quarter of a third of his little finger.

GET THIS MAN A MEDAL

But on a slightly more serious note, it's just something to bring people together a bit, or concordantly tear them apart through the e-drama. This is the first time I've actually been involved in the BBS awards in any way, but I'm having fun so far.

Nothing wrong with a bit of ego-stroking every now and again. ;)

At 6/2/08 06:12 PM, Onepiece285 wrote: This thread has basically become "why is he/she up there?" and "why aren't I up there?" also "I didn't/did vote for you."

I'm sure that was pretty much the whole purpose of this thread in the first place... just so that the nominations/voting thread doesn't get cluttered up with all the e-drama.

He probably left it out because it's (mostly) common sense. At least you changed your vote to gfox, who truly IS the best poster... not just of 2008.5, but EVER.

Well that's how I feel. Like you say, nice to be noticed - especially for me, as I haven't been hanging around the General forums all that much, and the awards seem to gravitate around General slightly more than any of the other forums.

Makes sense I suppose, considering this is the largest and most popular forum on the BBS.

DONE FOR NOW.
